SL WONG  is known as a Human Resources Development (HRD) Consultant harmonizing three areas of  1) Talent Management,  2) Human Performance Technology,  and  3) Digital Transformation with Business Performance.

Wong comes with vast experience in executive positions across various industries. He has worked with executives and their leadership teams throughout Malaysia and Brunei.  A Certified HRDF Trainer and a Certified Professional Trainer under IPMA, he obtained the Master Of Instructional Design and Technology to complement an extensive hands-on training experience to successfully deliver high energy, fun, and highly engaging keynotes or workshops.

Wong is also a TNA scheme specialist , Certified with Personality and Preference Inventory (PAPI)  and Diploma In Training as well as Certification IV Training & Assessment.
