The initial hunch was the sales team is not selling well and thus, requires sales training. A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) was completed to investigate the performance issue at work.
Action
The organisational level TNA revealed uncertain sales trends because of competitors’ hit-and-run with price cutting strategy. In particular, TNA findings surfaced in the SWOT analysis as compared against market research documentation.
Outcome
